Aymar de LENCQUESAING
President and CEO
Prior to joining Packard Bell in November 2002, Aymar de Lencquesaing spent over twenty years in the USA where he held a variety of management, sales and marketing positions in the high-tech industry such as: Chief Executive Officer of HotVoice Communications, Executive VP International of Ziff Davis / Softbank, President of Seybold , President of PC Brand and Vice President of Tandon Corporation.
In his current position, Aymar de Lencquesaing is responsible for the worldwide management and strategy of the company.
Aymar de Lencquesaing is a graduate of the ESSEC (Ecole Supérieure de Sciences Economiques et Commerciales - Paris - France).

Ernest O'LEARY
Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining Packard Bell in May 2005, Ernest O'Leary was CFO/CEO of a software company.
Ernest O'Leary has spent over 25 years in technology companies in sectors such as semiconductors, hardware, software and communications. He has been a Vice President at both Apple and Dell, and has taken a company public.
As CFO Ernest O'LEARY is responsible for all Financial matters of the Company.
Ernest O'Leary is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. He also holds an undergraduate degree in Mathematical Physics and a Masters in Finance and Strategy.

Tom DONNELLAN
Chief Operating Officer
Since joining Packard Bell in 1998, Tom Donnellan has held various strategic operational positions within the company. Commencing as Executive Director of Purchasing, progressing to Vice President of Worldwide Purchasing and Supply Chain and again to Vice President of Worldwide Operations.
Prior to joining Packard Bell he held various management positions in both materials and quality within global high volume technology companies including Apple Computer and AST Computers in the US & Europe culminating in over 18 years experience.
Tom Donnellan qualified at the Institute of Technology, Limerick, Ireland.

Emmanuel FROMONT
Vice President Sales and Marketing
Emmanuel Fromont joined Packard Bell in April 2004 after a 6-year professional experience in the USA. Prior to joining Packard Bell, Emmanuel Fromont worked at HP as Bid Manager for HP Strategic Outsourcing organisation, participating in HP's successful $3 Billion bid for part of P&G IT Organisation and as Marketing Manager with worldwide responsibilities for various telecommunication products. He also spent 8 years with IBM in France where he held several sales positions in various divisions of the company.
Emmanuel Fromont is an MBA graduate of USC (University of Southern California) and holds a computer science engineering degree from HEI (Ecole des Hautes Etudes Industrielles - France).

Luis PACHECO
Chief Information Officer and Vice President of European Service and Support
Luis Pacheco joined Packard Bell in 1996 covering several Executive positions, as Vice President of the Server Product Group in the USA, Vice President of Engineering and Vice President of the Consumer Services Division.
Prior to joining Packard Bell, he spent 20 years in the European IT Industry, working for Texas Instruments and for Groupe Bull, holding management positions in the area of Sales and Marketing, Project Management and Systems Integration.
Luis Pacheco is graduated in engineering at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Paris, France.

Roger YUEN
Vice President, Asia
Prior to joining Packard Bell in May 2005, Roger Yuen was Vice President, International & Managing Director, at CNET Networks Asia Pacific, where he managed the CNET and ZDNet brands in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Roger Yuen has spent over 24 years in the IT and high-tech industries, where he has held various senior management positions.
Roger Yuen graduated from the Singapore Polytechnic and the Singapore Institute of Management.

Jean-Luc BAYEL
Vice President Human Resources
Prior to joining Packard Bell in January 1997, he was Human Resources Director of the French subsidiary of NEC Corporation for 10 years. Before that he spent over 5 years as Human Resources manager of Offices d'annonces (Havas & France Telecom).
Jean-Luc Bayel is a graduate of the IGS (Institut de gestion sociale - Paris - France).

Dieter Prinsloo
Vice President Legal Affairs
Prior to joining Packard Bell in May 2001, Dieter Prinsloo practiced as an attorney in South Africa, where he headed the Civil Litigation Department of a Pretoria law firm.
He was admitted to the South African bar in 1996 after graduating from the University of Stellenbosch (BA (law) 1992) and University of Pretoria, (LLB, 1995). He spent three years in Japan while completing his post graduate studies in corporate law, trademark law and income tax law at the University of South Africa (LLM, 2001).
